The New England Revolution, while a successful club, have seemed to turn into the Buffalo Bills of Major League Soccer. They have reached 4 MLS Cup championships (2002, 2005, 2006, 2007) and have lost all four in heartbreaking fashion, including the last 3 MLS Cup title games played. They have had success in other events though, taking home the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup in 2007 and winning the SuperLiga in 2008. In 2009 they will be one of four Major League Soccer teams, along with Houston Dynamo, Chivas USA, and D.C. United, competing in the inagural CONCACAF Champions League.
Players like Clint Dempsey, Alexei Lalas, and Eric Wynalda have previously called New England their home. Get your tickets to watch the Revs, led by Taylor Twellman, Shalrie Joseph, Matt Reis, and Steve Ralston, play at Gillette Stadium and all other MLS stadiums here at yaytickets.com.
