The Blazers were absolutely stacked with young and older talent like Scottie Pippen, Jermaine O’Neal and Rasheed Wallace. At times the Blazers were the best team in the league, but unfortunately their run didn’t last as long as expected.

Although the Blazers have missed the playoffs frequently over the last few years, their future has never looked brighter with some of the most promising young players in the NBA today.

With an All Star caliber shooting guard Brandon Roy leading the way for Portland and a whole cast of great players around him, great things are bound to follow. This season Roy has made the jump from being good player to great player in only a short time with the Blazers. With players like power forward LaMarcus Aldridge, Rudy Fernandez and Greg Oden as his supporting cast the Blazers have burst onto the scene this season and are guaranteed to make a legitimate run in the Western conference this year.

There is no other team in the NBA today that has as much talent and promise as this young Blazers team does. They are exciting, motivated and ready to become a Western conference powerhouse once again!
